This is a quick 30 minute massage, ideal for those with a short amount of time. We will have a brief consultation to assess your needs and the work will be from the glutes to feet.


This is great for those who’s daily activity involves a lot of sitting or standing in one spot but also for anyone with sports injuries or strains to the quads, hamstrings, knees or ankles.
