Your first appointment will involve a brief medical questionnaire which i will give you to fill out in the waiting room when you arrive.  (This is also available to print here if you wish to complete it before you come in) Once completed we will go through your medical history together and I will ask you some further questions to help me work out the best treatment plan for you.  Please allow some extra time for your initial consultation to enable us to go through your case history thoroughly.  I only charge £5 more for this first appointment.

All treatments take place on a professional massage couch using soft towels and couch roll for comfort and discretion.  I will leave the room while you undress to your underwear and place the towels over yourself.  The room is heated for your comfort and to enhance a relaxing atmosphere I burn essential oils and have classical music quietly playing.  For preference I use E45 cream rather than oil as it is less dense, enabling me to better feel the tissues, it is also hypoallergenic, minimizing the possibility of any allergic reaction.
